Andre Ferguson is surely one of the future stars of the Physique class in the IFBB professional league. He's placed very well in recent shows and 2017 is by far his best year yet.

Andre comes in to the shows peeled! Which means he's always in top condition and continues to improve on his amazing symmetry and balance. That is key in the class. Here's his daily diet:


Meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal, 1.5 cup egg whites

Meal 2 - 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, veggies

Meal 3 - 8oz tilapia, 8oz sweet potatoes, veggies

Meal 4 - 8oz ground lean turkey, 8oz sweet potatoes, veggies

Meal 5 - 8oz steak, 1 cup rice

Meal 6 - handful of almonds before bed

Andre Ferguson WORKOUT ROUTINE




Andre only started competing in 2014, so in just 3 short years he has risen to one of the best Physique class competitors in the entire world. With a competitive background in sports, he likes to win!

Andre is a strong believe in increasing his strength and then focusing on sculpting and refining. To gain added size, he keeps his rep range in the 4-6 area. Here's an example of his weekly training routine:

Monday - Back and Calves (10 back exercises)

Tuesday - Chest and Abs (7 chest exercises)

Wednesday - Hamstrings (9 exercises)

Thursday - Shoulders, Abs and Calves (3 delt exercises)

Friday - Back and Calves (10 back exercises)

Saturday - Chest and Abs (7 chest exercises)

Sunday - Quads (11 leg exercises)
