Cedric has been slowly rising in his ranks and placings in the IFBB, mainly thanks to his amazing
structure. One things that has held him back in his last few shows are his conditioning levels.
Working with perhaps the top contest prep guru's in the sport Chris Aceto, working together they
have been able to slowly figure out the process and improve Cedric each and every show!

The most impressive factor about Cedric's physique is his classical lines and symmetry. There are very
few bodybuilders with his perfect proportions and tiny waist. It's what makes him a champion!
He his also however a massive guy with weight on stage nearly 300 pounds! It takes plenty of hard work
