Dennis is one of the largest bodybuilders on the circuit today. Not just with his astounding contest and off-season body weight but
also his height. Being so tall he has a harder time filling out his frame which makes it necessary to eat much more quality foods.
Here's a general day to day diet that Dennis will follow to make his continuous gains.
Meal 1 - 100 grams of protein from powder, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana
Meal 2 - 40 grams protein powder (post-workout)
Meal 3 - 10 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4 - 14 oz fish, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 5 - 10 oz steak, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 6 - 10 oz chicken breast, 10 oz potato
Meal 7 - 80 grams protein from powder
As you could imagine, Dennis is a very strong individual and can move some serious weight around. He uses many different
training methods but prefers to utilize drop sets and high volume training methods to really shock new growth results.
