At the current age of only 23, Urs is truly the best Classic bodybuilder in this
generation. He's on his way to placing well in the top shows and one day capturing his Mr. Olympia trophy.
Nutrition is always tracked very strictly and recorded in a journal. It's all about consistency to track and
move in the direction of progress. Urs keeps the meals simple and timed around training sessions in his day.
Here is a typical day 6 weeks out from a competition.
Meal 1 ( Post Cardio ) - Protein Shake with Glutamine
Meal 2 - 250g egg whites, 1 whole egg, 120g apple with cinnamon, 60g of rice pudding
Meal 3 ( Pre Workout ) - 50g whey isolate, cinnamon, salt (Cyclodextrin Carbs intra-workout)
Meal 4 ( Post Workout ) - 70g corn flakes, 50g whey isolate
Meal 5 - 150g chicken breast, 100g spinach, 50g white rice
Meal 6 - 150g lean ground beef, 100g spinach, sprinkle salt
Urs has been training since his early teens and has continued to push hard as he
began to compete. He has worked with a coach to help him create his training plan and customize it to improve
his weak points.
He has been training for many years and has always put all focus on proper form and execution. Using forced
reps, pyramids and other time under tension techniques to promote new muscle growth and sculpt his body.
